Open button in Outlook does not work

Hi everyone, Im working on a school assignement where we are using power automate desktop.

The flow needs to open a excel file from an e-mail but the flow doesn't find the open button (see screenshot)

Can anyone help me out?

Why you are click on mail on excel file to open , instead that you can try this :-
1) first download the file from mail and save this file on specific path
2) then open this file using excel action
3) do your work on excel and closed action

Thank you, this will work. But in our school case, every "worker" has to submit an email with an attachment. So its the case of having always the latest attachment in a folder that will be transfered to another excel. But i can't find a solution that works in Power Automate Desktop.

Use Launch Outlook to launch the app, then use Retrieve emails from Outlook to retrieve the latest email and save the attachment (the action has options for saving attachments). And then use a For each loop to process the retrieved emails and their attachments.
