Help with autoreply by pulling email address from body of email

Good afternoon everyone!

I hope I'm not in the wrong place here... I am a complete noob, but YouTube has been a big help.. I am stuck though...

I am trying to pull an email address from the body of an email and send an autoreply with a specific email. I have parsed the body of the email and pulled the email out, but I cannot send my email out with the pulled email address.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Hi there,

From the body of an email? Do you have an example? Like, is this only on emails sent directly to you / your account, and they've entered an email in the body somewhere? Is it in a table? And it's not the "From" person?

The email comes directly to me from a specific email when someone submits their info. It is not from them unfortunately, that would have made it a lot easier...

Ahhhh! Okay, at least it's going to be a standard reply. So, let's look at the HTML on this bad boy. I'm sure we can rip out what we need easily. Can you show me (anonymized of course) the "Output" you get when Power Automate receives an email with this body?

This was the formula I used to pull the applicants email from the body of the email.
split(body('Filter_array')[7], '1')

Oh I see, sorry I missed that you had already gotten the email out.

To send an email to it, you can use this in your To field, using the "Expression" tab: outputs('emailAddress')[0]
