Ms Teams trigger 'When keywords are mentioned' not firing

Does anyone else have the issue that PA trigger 'When keywords are mentioned' does not fire at all? It stopped working between 10:07 (last successful trigger) and 10:15 time zone UTC+1 (trigger has not fired yet).

I have encountered this issue before on October 10th, where are triggers were extremely delayed and started firing all at once at October 12th.

I could isolate the trigger as the cause because I can successfully test the flow with past triggers.

I have tested to no effect:

- Turn flow off/on

- Changed and saved the keywords

- Made the simplest test flow I could make which also does not fire.

In this topic I notice that someone else had the same issue the previous time I had this (october 10th), multiple people responded that they faced the same problem. Solved: When Key Word Is Mentioned is not triggering (powerplatform.com)

Hi,

Understood. I don't think there is anything wrong with your flow. These actions can get delayed sporadically (for no reason that I am aware of) and is more of a Teams-to-Power Automate issue than anything else.

For this issue, I would recommend opening a ticket with Microsoft directly. Please provide them the messageID in Teams, team channel, and Power Automate flow ID.

But that said, I don't know that there is anything you can specifically do to make the results better. I chalk this up to email delays. They rarely happen but if they do, there is nothing you can do to resolve this from a setting perspective and/or admin portal. I hope that helps.
