Not able to add steps in multistep form !!

Hi everyone,

I am trying to create a multistep form in power pages. I was previously able to create a multistep form without any issue. However, when I try to add new steps, it shows the main screen but does not allow me to add a new step. For example in the image below, when I clicked on "Add step", it shows me "Form name" but does not show me "Step Name" to add. I have tried this with exisitng or new multistep forms but the result is the same. Can anyone please help. @saudali_25 , @Lucas001 may be you guys can help please.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

please have a look at that video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E285u3v9dqU

For your purpose everything from minute 14 and later minute 25 is important.

For multistep forms it's right now recommended to use the portal management app as the functionality is not 100% given inside the power page itself.

In the end you will find yourself creating steps as shown:

Hope that helps. Please mark the post as a solution if it solves your problem or consider a thumbs up when it helps.

    Hi @Lucas001 ,

Thank you so much for providing me with the link to create a form. I have created the form but am stuck on another issue where I want to conditionally show/hide next steps. I have watched the video, but this point is not mentioned.

I will open a separate thread for this functionality. Thanks again for your quick support.

    Kind Regards,

    Hafiz

    HI @pranita225 ,

Thank you so much for the update. It would be great if the issue is fixed as it was quite an easy way to add a multi-step form.

    Kind Regards,

    Hafiz
