Add new column and update with values to existing data collection

Hi,

I have a DataCollection with column A and I would like to add column B on button click.

I have SQL Table with 2 columns( SqlColumn A, SqlColumn B). SqlColumn A values matches to DataCollection Column A.

And the values in DataCollection column should be populated from sql table column B where DataCollection A = SqlColumn A.

Is it possible to add something like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not getting expected results based on your suggestion. Could you please look into my code and let me know if there is any isse?
ClearCollect(colMedDRAWithPT,
AddColumns(colMLLts,PTCode,LookUp('website.hierarchy',llt_code=Value(meddra_userllt_code)).pt_code));

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
