Power Automate Work Around

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if you could help me with a Power Automate work around. I am trying to set up a Power Automate flow where an email gets sent out to our Admin team when there's a new submission on a SharePoint List from the user who added the SharePoint List item. However, currently, I can only send the email out if the item was created by me as I don't have "Send on behalf of" abled on my email account. Our organization has disabled this feature globally and it is currently not an option. So, I was wondering if there is any other way I can set up a Power Automate flow, where this is possible.

Currently the email gets sent to the admin team from my email account and it gets confusing for them when they receive the email from me but with some other user's name attached in the body of the email. I would also like to mention, I am fairly basic when it comes to the Power platform and coding so if you could break it down to the simplest terms that would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

if the admin disabled this option, then there's no workaround for this. You could use a technical account for those e-mails, generally it's a best practice, but it doesn't fulfill your requirement.

In case of any other questions, let me know. If the answer helped you, mark it, so that others can benefit from it.

    Best regards,
