Get feedback from 50 users simultaneously (rather then after each other)

I have a working flow that

  • takes e-mails from a spreadsheet
  • posts them a flowbot message like "how are you?" every week
  • and puts the answer into the spreadsheet again

Now,

unfortunately, it asks those users one after each other. So if the first user is out of office, no one else in the list will be asked.

How can I ask a list of 50 people in parallel?

I thought about

  • having one loop that posts all questions
  • and then another loop that runs every night to
    • check for answers
    • insert those answers
    • marke those who answered as answered

but I guess there is a more elegant way to to this then check every night?

And I would want those answers right away as well.

Is there?

cheeers,
Gunther

I also thought about using Forms, but I really want to ask the user via the MS-Teams chat feature with flowbot

Have you thought about enabling Concurrency on the Apply to Each in Settings and pushing Parallelism to 50?  That will run up to 50 loops in parallel.  Depending on Timing it might cause a co-authoring issue with your edit of Excel.  But it would be worth a try.

Dear Pstork1, I have not thought about it and it was exactly the option I was looking for.
If it does not work I might move from Excel to a SP list or sth else......thank you a lot
