Flow returns "true" value and not web link (body)

I have a flow that is successfully creating a file and converting it into a pdf. I am then creating a shareable link which it looks that it is creating successfully however it does not return the link back to powerapps it provides the value of "true".

I have a button that starts the flow

Button - Set(CapaResponse, CAPAInfo.Run(ItemCxt.ID)); UpdateContext({PopUp: true})

CAPAInfo - the name of the flow I am running
ItemCxt - The variable that stores the item number for the record I am sending to flow.
PopUp - a variable that toggles the visibility of a label based on the button being pressed.

I have a label that displays the link that powerapps is returning and is clickable to launch the link.
This works if I type in the specific link but flow is just returing the value of true and not the text of the link.

Label (Text) - CapaResponse This returns the value of true
Label (OnSelect) - (Launch(CapaResponse))
