language tab of the personal setting is missing after switching language to Ukrianian

I have switched power app (Dynamics 365?) personal settings to Ukrainian. That is now limiting my administration capabilities as it requires to be at base language interface. But I am missing the option to switch back to English as entire tab with languages is missing.

Is there a way to change this language in some other way. May be I can do it as admin managing user setting?

 

Besieds being in Ukrianina interface I do not have all the languages to enable. English is missing though it is base language
