Hi Friends, I am developing a canvas application. I have lookup field and it has lots of values. When user is trying to create a new record he want to search with in the lookup. But lookup search item is not working.

Eg: I have a year column. Values are 1980,1981,1983,1991,1992,1993, 2001,2022 etc.

If user is searching for 98 or 99 value, Search results is empty.
If user is searching by 1 or 2 its showing the values based on first number. User wants to serch by any number.

If i put 98 its not searching. it should show 1980, 1981,1982, 1998 etc.

Hi @YasarKhan1892

Based on your case I can assume your using the StartWith() function.
The StartsWith function tests whether one text string begins with another.
Next time supply some code so we can help you customize the code.

For now I would assume your code should look like this:
With( {_searchItems: <SharePointList>}, Filter( _searchItems, TextBoxSearch.Text in columnYear ) )

Hi @YasarKhan1892

Now its clear for me what you want.
In the documentation there is a note:

If you want to search for items with numbers, convert numbers to text with Text() function. For example, Text(12345).

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/controls/control-combo-box

So please convert your Year to text .Items in the and it should work smoothly.
