Why sometimes my Flow which initiated by Power Apps duplicated?

I have an approval flow which triggered by Power Apps button. Most of the time it is working correctly but sometimes it will be duplicated or even triplicated.  No any clue for the reason. Anyone has idea?

    It dependes how many times you press the button. If you press it once It takes to much time and you press it again. Even if you dont notice, the flow runs twice
