Hello!
I have a power app to log team member clock in and clock out times. One of my team members clocked in and when he decided to clock out the app didn't refresh properly so he signed out before the action was complete. Due to that, he can't log his time properly now. It allows him to clock time in but doesn't identify when he is clocked out. Any help would be wonderful!
It depends on how the app handles clock in and clock out, but I suspect the fix is going to require manually editing the backend data source where the times are kept to add the missing clock out time.
I have him adding his time on the back end. But the question is, why does it CONTINUE to not recognize his clock out time? Do I have to reset the app? I refreshed the data but it seemed that it didn't work.
Its hard to say without know how the app operates. I'm assuming that the clockout time has to match a previous clockin time on the same day. That's why I said you'll need to manually correct the data source.
