Hi All,

I am looking for the correct formula or flow that will allow me to enter in a project update on an app for the month and also a second update to show next month's actions. But instead of having multiple fields on the app I want the update in the app to update the Sharepoint list for that relevant month and next month. I wanted the app to show two fields to complete that will complete the update to "this months update" and "next months actions".

in the App it shows this... (Which I just want two boxes to show Current Month Update and Next Month's Actions) - Currently it has the sharepoint fields for each month.
