Upload Multiple Attachments in Different tabs to Sharepoint list

Hi Experts,

 

I've a screen with 3 tabs and different forms from the same datasource SP list in it.. I want to have multiple attachment data cards in each form in all 3 tabs and save all in the SharePoint list attachment field.  User should be able to view all the attachments related to that record in the list. Is it possible?
