Connector Connections - How To Set The Default Connection / Account

Hello, all ... I am sure that others have had this a number of times, but if you have multiple accounts ... when adding actions to flows it is quite often not the account that you wanted it to be.

A good example would be SharePoint where (for many of us) there may be a reason to have made flows for different tenancies (perhaps development, or client tenancies, who knows) ... but another example might be email, looking at the emails for different accounts.

Either way, what ends up happening when you start to add more and more connections (accounts) for the same connector (set of actions) is that the account that you wish to use the most is not the one that is automatically selected.

I guess this is just a sanity check to my fellow flow nerds ... is this just working as designed? It's literally defaulting to the most recent connection? Is this a bug (on all my flow tenancies ... hmmm :smirk: ...) or should this be presented as a request for the UI to have the *option* to allocate a specific connection as the default for a given connector?Connector Connections - How To Set The Default Connection / Account

This is not 'licencing' related, that was the only option :scream:

Have railed against the idiocy of Connections and Connection References for quite some time. The fact that a CR can only have 16 Actions associated to it, without anyway whatsoever to manage CRs is infuriating. (Just like the stupid Categories in this "New and Improved" Forum.

Last I saw, there was a stupid wish list thing where you can vote on improvements, and this is where my CR complaints went to die.

My latest infuriation is the fact that CR's automatically expire without any warning: #timebomb

Damn, @GDSI, that's all sounding pretty bad.

It sounds worse when you venture into Logic Apps (different side of the same Power Automate coin) and can see that the connections (API Connections) are all neatly managed, nice and easily.

I cannot even @ you, mind ... soooooooooooooooo
