I have created a flow and I am sure it is a easy fix but I have tried several things putting the date in a different format.

I have a list of probationary review dates. I want a email reminder to be sent to the Manager 3 weeks/21 days before the date.

addDays(utcNow(),21)

I have ran it and it says it is successful but advises the condition is false, even though there is a date which matches (27/02/2024)
