Is it possible to have a bot send a user to another bot mid chat? (For what it's worth. I have only been using this for a month)
If possible if you could explain how to do so like I am 5!

While it is not possible to send a user to another BOT it is always possible to redirect to another topic.
Also transfer the BOT to human agent call and vice versa.
You can have multiple topics and based the trigger phrase the BOT can answer. Please make sure you have enabled Track between topics options while doing so.
