Switch not triggering after a condition has been met - Approvals

Hello,

I hope someone can help me.

Switch.PNGSwitch1.PNG

My intention is to send an approval to a different department after it has met first level or second level approval. It has a time out function added, so if approver one hasn't approved it will be escalated to approver 2 then the approved the item is updated.

At this point, depending on what has been entered on the list, I'd like the approved item sent to the relevant dept. However at the moment the flow completes once it has been approved and doesn't move to the switch function. How can I get this to connect?

Please see my images attached.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

    Hi @Newflow ,

Can you please check the variable value for which you are doing the switch case , it is defaulting to the last option from what I understood from the description you have mentioned.

    Thanks
