In mail activity When we go for Retrieve mail function CurrentItem.From and CurrentItem.To both are not working for gmail as well as outlook please do suggest how to resolve this

This is a known issue and we are working towards a fix.
In the meantime, feel free to use the notation %CurrentItem["From"]% or %CurrentItem["To"]%.

I believe that CN number is a good ID for the distribution group. I occasionally have the issue where the CN# gets cut off, so I am not able to use this, but if your CN# is always fully available, then you can say:If %RetrievedEmails[0].['TO']% contains 'CN=644B45DEA7CB41D59A64CA7355D652EF-RPA'
