Hello everybody,
I would like to send answers from my form to a group of people when saving via a button and short, simple and well-ordered mail.

 

How can you enable heels between the bodys?

 

On select:


Office365Outlook.SendEmail (Email_Distribution; "Subject"; Body1 "&" Body2 "&" Body3 ")

    @Robertjde ,

    The mistake is your references to Text1, Text2 and Text3. Are they Variables or controls? I cannot see your data, but you need to reference these correctly.

    Do you have an idea how to add a browser link to the formula???

    Assuming you had a valid URL in  Text box called WebLink in the example below.

    Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
 Email_Verteiler;
 "QA Vorfall " & Dropdown1_3.Selected.Result & " Artikelnr. " & TextInput1_1.Text ;
 "<p>" & "Vorfall Melder von: " & TextInput1.Text & "</p>
 <p>" & "Abweichung an: " & Dropdown1_9.Selected.Result &"</p>
 <p>"& "Art der Abweichung: " & Dropdown1_10.Selected.Result & "</p>
 <p>" & "Beschreibung des Vorfalls: " & TextInput1_2.Text &" </p>" &

    Note the quote pairs before and after the link '" (single-double) then "' (double-single)

    I found the mistake. The problem was the quotes around the web link

    Yes - it was the spaces between the quotes and the link.
