Hello there,

I need help with Power Plataforms.

I'm creating an app based on 2 lists.

List 1

In my case, the first list is a list to request documents to the engineer departament, it's like a forms.

List 2

The second list is to delegate a task for someone. And in this list I creat a columns called "ref ID", and used Power Automate to fill.

So, when the person creates a new item on the list, I created a flow that creates a item on the Task List (List 2), with ID LookUp value of the Request List (List 1).

The logical is below:

Sales departament make a request to engineering departament -> The Engineer manager see the request and approve or denied the request -> When approves, with power automated an item is create on Task List -> This task is delegate to someone by the approver.

My doubt is: how can I createm, by Power Apps, a new form that is linked with Request Approve, to delegate the task to someone?
