Text with line break in E-mail

Hi,

in my app canvas, I can enter a text comment with line break.

Then I want to send a mail with this comment to someone.

Currently the message that was sent to the mail receiver looks like this:

So there are no line breaks.

My formatting of send mail button is like this:

Mail.SendEmail(

inpEmail.Text,
galComments.Selected.Comment, "</p>",

...... );
Reset (inpEmail);

How can the text comment with line break be included in the mail?

Hi,
You can use the Substitute function to replace the text break line with '<br>' as the body is a HTML, like this:
Substitute( BodyMessage, Char(10), "<br>" )

I think this will depend heavily on whether your sending in html or text format. If text format, try using:

\r\n

as the line breaks
