Loop problem: list analysis and email sending if a field is not completed

Hello,

I created a flow which analyzes a sharepoint list every beginning of the month and checks whether users have entered its stock.
If this is not the case, an email is sent to the person who has not entered their stock.

My flow analyzes the list and finds the person who did not enter their stock but the flow loops on the number of entries in the recording list.

in my example, the person Alu has not entered his information and is receiving 5 emails. I guess the flow loops over the total number of records.

Can you help me fix the problem?

Good morning all, I followed @edgonzales post and tried to fit my need. However I still cannot compare the list of people with the list of seizures. I manage to recover the email addresses but cannot compare them one by one.
