Hi there,

We have had an issue on a couple of flows since last week which have been running fine for months now.

We are getting a bad gateway error in our flows and it looks like the issue is with the excel online for business connector.

I there is something I can do to fix this I would really appreciate the help / advice.

If it is a Microsoft issue, when will it be resolved?

Hi,

Yes, there are things you can do to resolve this yourself; my Excel connectors are working in both SharePoint and OneDrive for Business file locations.

#1: find the connector in make.powerautomate.com and see if you need to re-authenticate.

#2: confirm your licensing has not changed.

#3: delete the excel connector and re add it. The schema may be corrupt.

#4: verify that permissions in the folder or file have not changed.
