Button to Record Work Hours

I have set up a button that when pressed with record the start time of the shift and then pressed again the finish time of the shift.
 
The information is then recorded in excel.
 
I have tried but failed but can anyone advise the best way to actually record and work out the total hours between the start and finish time?
