Adding Comments in PDF file

Hi Everyone 

 

I have a task where I need to send an approval request with a PDF attachment. If the approver approves it, they will provide a comment. I need to add these comments to the PDF file. Is it possible to achieve this using an Adobe connector? If not, is there an alternative way to do this? After adding the comments, I need to send an email with the updated PDF.
