Excel file recevi corrupts when saving to SharePoint

HI.

I have run these flows several times without issue for other attachments.

I receive an .XLS file via email every morning and want to save this down to a repository within SharePoint.

My flow successfully runs and creates the file saving to SharePoint.

But when I open the file - the contents are showing as below. The file in the excel has 3 columns (but the first 2 columns are frozen - so not sure if this impacts?)

I have tried binaryto64bit and also have used the get attachment (v2) flow option. But neither work. I have also tried multiple extensions, .xlsx, .csv and .xls.

Has anyone seen this? and if so any ideas how to resolve? Flow below and parameters of the create file.

Thanks :)

    Hi,

I typically never use Get Attachments anymore because the function is built in directly in the trigger.  Set Include attachments and Only with attachments to YES.  This is the entire flow to save your file to SharePoint.
