Hi all,
How do I set the default document location for Related - Common (Documents) in Dynamics to "All Locations" instead of it defaulting to a specific location? Users want this to be the default rather than the default being a specific location.
Hi dlprentice, did you manage to find a solution to your problem yet? I have a customer that is facing the same issue. Curious to hear if/how this could be set-up.

Go to Settings and document management
In the Document Management Settings, select the entity for which you want to change the default document location.

I tried following the instructions you sent but once I enter Document Management Settings all I can do is select entities. No options for changing locations. Could you please post screenshots with your instructions?
Actually, I ended up making a Power App that is displayed via an iframe that uses Power Automate to display all the files in a manner the stakeholder wanted. Seems to work, required to use a little Javascript but works really well across environments.

Basically I just made my app work in one environment, needed to embed and work across environments. This code makes that possible with the iframe.
The all locations stuff discussed in this thread I wasn't able to figure out, waiting from a reply from Pavan. I'm in GCCH so some settings might be different.
