If licenses are removed from user's profile, what happens to their work?

Hi,

 

When I remove licenses of Microsoft products (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) from a person's account, what happens to their work? (e.g. when they leave the company). Is there a way to archive their work? (e.g. when they develop Power Apps / Flows, is there a way to keep all their work?)
