Hello,

In regards to the Concurrency Control I am wondering if this is a maximum of runs across all users or per/user. For example if one were to configure this to 1 would that mean a maximum of one run per tenant at any given time across all users or would it be each user can only have it running once.

I am looking for the best way to ensure a flow can only run once until complete for a user however other users could also have a single run occurring in parallel. Basically one run at a time per user is what I am looking to do. Our current flow due to it being triggered by a higher level automation process could potentially run more than once if a user performed the process upstream multiple times in a row.
