Build a flow to follow email

Hi all,

Hi have a file as below. I want to check if send date = today then It will send an email the the mail in Email column.

After send email, I want to update the Respond column as "Sent", and M_ID as the sent messeger ID.

I just create a flow to step to auto send email but don't know how to do next
