Mobile app - Move cards side by side

I've tried various ways to do this (setting X & Y, dragging resize, turning off Snap to Columns, Holding down Alt when resizing) and nothing has worked. I have a form on a mobile app, and I want the top two cards to be side by side. I cannot get Requestor card to move up next to Request date. Is this possible?

All the cards below this top row would span the width of the screen.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Try dragging them up and down in the "Edit" list of cards in the right panel. Swap two and then put them back and they should "snap" to lines according to width fit on the row.

Select the gallery containing the data cards

Under Properties, change Columns to 2

Every data card will reduce in width to form two columns

Individually select data cards that you want to span across two columns, and change their width value to the full width of the form

Warren's answer led me to another way to do this.

    I had the same problem.

    1. Make sure your datacard order matches what you're after from top to bottom and left to right.

    2. Adjust the width of the datacards. If the total width of the two datacards <= the form width, they'll end up on the same row.

In my case, performing the typical resizing + snap-to modifications still did not work.

After verifying there were no elements within the datacard that might be preventing the datacard from resizing, which it does if they are larger than the desired datacard size, I finally found that the Y position was not automatically updating regardless of how 'snap to columns' was set (on, off, 1 column+)...

With the datacard selected: observe the property which befuddled me for hours >_<
