I'm on the most recent version 2.43. It is located under Variables in the menu.
can depend of power fx enabled?

It appears you've built your desktop flow with Power FX enabled. Please recreate the flow with Power FX disabled(as per below screenshot) to access the data table options.
As currently power fx not supporting datatable

Correct, it will not be visible if you are using Power Fx preview. Copy code, create new flow without Power Fx, then paste in.
recreating flow by disabling power fx now i can access to datatable? simple question. the altrerative is a collection?
Correct. Copy/Paste/Create a new flow and you will be good to go.

I would not suggest to go with power fx enabled flow as it’s in preview stage and it have lot of limitations.
