Scheduling downloading a PDF from a website once a month to sharepoint

Hello,
 
I am trying to automatically download a PDF from a link on a website to a Sharepoint folder once a month.
 
This is the website: https://www.dairynz.co.nz/tools/ranking-of-active-sires/
This is the link: 
 
When the link is clicked, a new tab pops up with a PDF file. I would like to save that file.
 
I tried following this tutorial but it doesn't work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fvfgSTogv8
 
Can someone please help me create a flow that will automatically download the pdf from the link to sharepoint? Is it possible to use Power Automate Web App for this?

    I would contact the company and request public access to the folder where they store all the files. Maybe see if they'd allow an sftp ssh transfer.
     
    OR
     
    Perhaps subscribe to their emails, as maybe they'll send it out, and then you can scrape it out of the email attachments.
