Select a field in SQL and edit it in a powerapp form

Hey All,

 

Through PowerBI I am making an app to edit fields in SQL.

What I want is to select a field and then edit that left (see image) in the powerapp in a form.

 

I am unable to display the selection (right) in the power app (left) (see image)

 

Any help would be great.
