I have an issue where I am trying to block user from choosing themselves in supervisor field which is a people picker. I have a simple SharePoint list form where user request to buy something and supervisor they pick have to approve it. i am trying to put a rule or validation where user cannot chose themselves. how do i do that in SharePoint list form.

I think it is a Power Apps issue😂
You need a custom form integrated with Power Apps.
You need to generate the custom form at the very first as above.
Set the OnChange property of the combobox as below:
