I have a Power BI report that pulls data from my ERP (cloud) system. I would like to automate sending an email once an item is > 45 days open, to a specific person/group.

Is this something I can even do with Power Automate? (sorry new to Power Automate)
Schedule a flow with your desired frequency, run a DAX query against a dataset, and then depending on the query result decide if and how to send the email(s).
