Can't connect to Workday HCM in any Type of Environment except Default

i want to enable a the "Workday HCM" Connector in my Power Platform Environments. When I try to add it in any Envirionment except the Default Environment, I get the error,
"Failed to load connector information
Could not find API 'shared_workdayhcm'."
 
Here's my troubleshooting so far: 
  1. I am able to add other Preview Connectors, like Calendly
  2. We have no DLP Policies configured:

Using connectors
I have the same question (1)

    These are all still in preview and don't work for production (and/or not recommended).  I also saw your comment in github.  The issue is still out there.
