Will it be possible to retrieve a list of items from Virtual Agent Flow action response? The requirement is to query CDS database entity with Flow and retrieve a list of corresponding records (for example store locations) and present them for the end user to choose from?
Has anyone managed to do this somehow?

There is currently no List (Array) variable type supported in Power VA, so the Arrays returned by flows cannot be read by bots.
Once List variable type is added to Power VA, accepting Lists (Arrays) returned by flows will become possisble.
