Hello,
When building a Model Driven App, I would like every member of the company to complete a Form, but would like to remove the ability for users to create another submission, is it possible to limit to one submission either in the Form of Security Role?

Set the Visible property of the Submit button or the form itself to
IsBlank( LookUp( yourtable,'Created By'.'Full Name' = User().FullName ) )
Or in the OnVisible property of the screen containing the form:
If(!IsBlank( LookUp( yourtable, 'Created By'.'Full Name' = User().FullName ) ),Notify("You have already filled out this form",Error) )

I believe you are referring to a Canvas App workaround though, as oppose to a Model Driven App?
