I have created a few chat bots. However, when I make changes to a topic that is part of a bot, save, and publish it doesn't update the bot in Teams. Everything says it's successful, but I still get the same responses from the bot. Maybe I'm missing a step. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Stephen
Generally, changes to the bot should be immediate. Is there any possibility that the bot you're modifying isn't actually one that's available in Teams?
If you test with the "demo site" in the PVA UI (not the test in the portal, but the demo website after publishing), does it reflect your changes properly after publishing? If so it would point to the bot you're interacting with in Teams not actually being the one you're editing.
