Power automate not triggering properly

I have a sharepoint list with a lookup column. This lookup column (Lookup 1) is filled with the ID from list 2. In addition, first name, last name and email are recorded.

The flow does a check if the lookup1 has been changed and it is filled and then the flow is triggered and the email is sent.
The problem is now: the lookup field has to be entered afterwards and the flow is thus triggered. Since I'm doing the check, that's fine. If I then later edit another field (lookup2) and not lookup1, the flow will still be triggered. That shouldn't be, that's not true with the condition. I think the modified since is wrong, I used the modified (last modified) for that but it doesn't work correctly.

Another case would be if lookup1 is processed twice, Person1 gets the email twice. Although only person2 should get it.

    Hi there,

So I'm a little confused, since you used the word "trigger". If we are trying to make it ONLY run if there is a specific change to Lookup1 in your Trigger Condition, I'd expect you'd post a screenshot of your trigger condition -- you haven't, so I'm guessing you're referring to your "Condition" down below.

To be clear, if the Condition is in the flow in actions (as you have it here), and not in the Trigger Conditions (on your very very top action, the starting one, if you go into Settings, there are "Trigger Conditions"), it's going to trigger every time it meets that action's requirements.

I just want to get that clarified first before carrying on ...

First of all, thank you for your reply, I would like the e-mail to be sent when Lookup1 is filled (because I need the e-mail address of the person who is also written down).

So I added a condition. If the Lookup1 field is changed then the email will be sent. my problem is - if the ID field doesn't change but another field changes, the email will still be sent.
