Licensing Error when enabling AI preview features

Hi all,

When attempting to enable the AI preview capabilities for PVA for a Microsoft Teams bot, I am getting this error:

User license not found

Diagnostic Trace Id: Trace id not available. Headers: {"content-type":"application/json","x-ms-activity-vector":"00.00.00","x-ms-islandgateway":"GA0000004","x-ms-service-request-id":"ef22dbaf-a4ec-4e92-97a0-7fd37f758657"}

What does this mean? How to resolve?

I can't find any information regarding how to solve in the help docs.

The new AI capabilities are not available for Teams bots. Additional information on the new AI capabilities (PREVIEW) can be found here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/nlu-gpt-overview.
