Hi,
When I search SharePoint documents its not showing correct document path. Also same documents showing 2-3 times in reference.

A response with a number of references to the same document is acceptable, as there could be different facts in the same response, all grounded by the same document.
What do you mean by incorrect path? can you share a screenshot?

I have added four SharePoint tenant URL in Generative AI, my task is to search any documents under document library of these tenants. But the issue is when we search any documents it is not working correct documents.
For example: I am searching SharePoint External Users Key document but it is showing two same reference documents with same SharePoint site. We have others External Users Key document in different sites but it is not showing.
Gen Answers is not a search solution. It will attempt to generate a response to a user's query that is grounded in content (e.g. SharePoint), but it is not meant to search for a specific string or keywords.
Can you elaborate on the use case? Which process should this copilot support?

Can we use external SharePoint domain source in generative AI? I have used 3 different external SharePoint domains but it is not working. Generating only Internal domains answers only. Can you please help me on this.

Hi @dhampa1, can you provide an update on your original question? Did you find the answer you were looking for.
Otherwise, by "external domain" do you mean that you would like external users to be able to use the copilot as well?
For example, user A might be a member of tenant T1, and an external user on T2. When conversing with a copilot on T1, A should get responses based on SharePoint content linked with T1 and T2. Is that a close enough description?

I will explain you clearly, we have group of companies with different domains like abc.sharepoint.com , xyz.sharepoint.com. Here my question is can I use these two domains at a time as data source in generative answer?
What's the relationship of a user conversing with the copilot with those two domains? Is the user a member in one and external in others?
