How Can I get the values of fields of specific grid rows, I will also need to be able to set values like the selected field.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Please use Extract data from window as shown in below image.
Once you extract you will get the data in the form of table as shown in below image.
Then use For Each action and loop through the datatable and select which ever variable you want.
(Note:- if you got your solution you can mark as solution and gives kudos)

I tried with the extract data but it only brings the value of the line that is selected, but I need all the records from the grid.
