Hi
I have created a Flow to fetch attachment from an email and predict and create a record in CDS. The flow works fine and creates the record but the value from the predict are not getting populated and all predict variables output shows null . Could you please let me know what am I doing wrong here? please look at the attachment

Hi Mohan,
First of all, perform a "Quick test" in AI Builder model details page with the file you are sending by email to confirm that the fields are properly extracted.
Then, place a text variable definition at the begin of you flow and initialize this variable before the predict.
You will be able to check at runtime that the content of the attachment is properly retrieved.
Then make sure the document is really a PDF and that you are using the "Attachments Content" variable.
