Hello, I have a flow that when a task is created in planner, it lists that task in a SP list by bucket name (ID). With my second flow, I am trying to update my "Progress" row in SP list when a task in a particular bucket is completed.

The "Progress" row in my SP list is a "Choice" type, and the choices are Not started, In Progress, Completed.

I am stuck, I know I am close. Attaching the current error I get when I run the flow. Thoughts? Thank you.

Hi,

Looking through your Flow it appears that the reason that it failed was because no values were returned from your "Get Items 2" because there was no data to run through the apply to each, it failed. As to why it didnt return enough data, I cannot not tell from your flow. This might be a better question for the Microsoft Support team, I'll include a link to create a case with them if you would like to go down that route. Otherwise if any other communities member might have any idea feel free to chime in.

@alrez thank you for the response. After a lot of trial and error...I figured it out. Posting below for anyone in future.

Hello, can you share, please your solution in details? I am stuck on something similar. I have a SP list with bucket names in columns, but I can not find the right condition to update the task progress status for in the right row and right column. Can maybe somebody guide me here?
