Filter sharepoint list record based on condition and find corresponding match from the list.

Hello,

 

I am working on PowerApps that is used to  identify students who want to switch/change courses and would like to filter sharepoint list items based on selection criteria and match the filter result in the database(Sharepoint List), Thanks in advance for your help.
