Hi,
Our external platform will be sending parameters to power app URL, power app upon receiving these parameters execute series of steps , invoking PostgreSQL stored procedures and populate/update postgreSQL tables.
Power Apps has visual drag and drop builder to execute business logic?. if not any workaround?

Hi,
You should look after "Power Automate", you can configure a logic of actions, and it can be called within a PowerApps application if needed
