Hi, i do need to extract specific cell data from an Excel sheet and copy them to a different sheet, how can i do that with Flow? and another thing is it possible to extract from excel a certain word say "Frozen" with its data column to another Excel Sheet?

Could you please provide more details about your requirements?

Could you share more details about the Excel?

I am not sure if you want to operate in an Excel sheet or table.

Please share more details so we would try to provide a proper workaround for you.
